Stuckey, Opal I.; . .
Stuckey, Opal I., 76, Archbold, died Wednesday afternoon, Dec 30, 1992, at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home, Archbold, where she had resided since June 3, 1987.
Born Feb. 26, 1916, near Archbold, she was a daughter of William and Emma (Lugbill) Sauder. On Oct 2, 1949, she married Earl A. Stuckey, who preceded her in death on March 30, 1992.
She lived most of her life in the Archbold area and was a registered nurse, working at Detwiler Memorial Hospital, Wauseon, for several years. She was a member of the Zion Mennonite Church in Archbold.
Survivors include one son, Robert Stuckey, Archbold; one daughter, Priscilla Stuckey, Oakland, Calif.; three grandchildren; one brother, Ray Sauder, Wauseon; and one sister, Mrs. Walter (Ilva) Short, Archbold.
Memorial services were Saturday at the Zion Mennonite Church with Ellis Croyle and Dee Swartz as the officiating pastors. Burial was in the Pettisville Cemetery.
